We make ourselves known to the public through word of mouth and low-cost online social media i.e. Facebook and Instagram. This allows us to focus on maximizing your budget on the best quality gem at an affordable price.
Yes, if you would like to come and discuss a custom design or try on rings in stock, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We are also experienced in working with customers remotely.
We love to do custom work so please do not hesitate to ask about going custom.
We offer platinum, 18K White gold / Rose gold / Yellow gold as a typical option for most styles.
All our diamonds are natural. Most of our diamonds above 0.30 carat come with an international diamond grading report, mainly GIA, one of the most respectable diamond labs in the world.
Yes, you can. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted to a design to suit your gemstone.

Yes, while Mémoire D’amour owns the rights to all of our designs, if your custom design is made uniquely for you and very distinct, we are not going to duplicate it.
If they wear rings frequently, try to take one without them noticing us and check the size. Each of our fingers is different sizes and they can even vary from right to left hand.
You may come by our studio to get sized. When you get sized, take note of which type of sizes they used- thin, wide, or comfort fit (meaning they were rounded on the inside).
Definitely not. All of our rings are made with comfort fit and are rounded on the inside, making them easier to slide on and off. Unless you specifically request.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within one whole size (means we will size from EU54 to EU53 free of charge). This offer is only valid for a week after receiving your ring. It will take approximately two weeks to complete the sizing repair.
**All platinum sizing may be subjected to an additional labor fee.**
The timeline can vary depending on material availability and design complexity but on average, custom design takes about 4-6weeks from start to finish.
We accept credit card payments online via stripe.com. We also accept bank transfers. After placing an order via bank transfer, the bank account details will be sent to you. The payment has to be completed within a week. Your orders will only be processed upon successful payment.
All our prices online are in Hong Kong dollars. When you change the currency option on the website, the displayed price will be in the currency of your choice for ease of conversion. We only accept other currencies for non-online transactions.
For delivery within Hong Kong, no additional tax is required.
For all overseas orders, you may be subjected to sales taxes or customs duties, which are collected from you once the shipment arrives in your country.
