Duties and Taxes

The product price shown on the website is exclusive of any and all applicable Taxes and Duties. Customers should be responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country/region that you are shipping to.

Repair and Maintenance

We are happy to provide you with the product repairs and maintenance services, as long as the local customer brings the sales invoice and the products to our office by appointment.
For global orders, email us and mail the products back to our office. (Postage and related duties are the responsibility of the customer).

Return and Refund

We hope you are delighted with your Mémoire D’amour’s merchandise, however, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases.We do reserve the right to offer you a credit note in such circumstances.
We do not offer refunds on bespoke pieces, this includes all Tailor-made products, engraved, Made-to-Order products, and promotion price products that cannot be returned or refunded. This also includes any item which has been altered or adjusted specifically for the customer.
Goods that are returned not in their original condition will not be offered a credit note or exchange.

In case of disputes, Mémoire D’amour reserves the right of final decision.
